“When you’re ready, begin to envision a forest. Be careful as the ground beneath you shakes with delight and giant trees grow right before your eyes. They continue to rise up all around you.  Their branches are twisted and thick and they seem to be heading towards the cloudy white heavens. The landscape is a lush green color, you have the urge to reach out and tickle the grass. You can hear the wildlife all around you-the woodland creatures seem to be everywhere. It’s peaceful and serene.

 In the distance you see a shape. It appears to be a woman. She’s wearing a long lavender dress that flutters in the wind. She is beckoning you with her long finger. She wants you to follow her. You try to resist but are unable. You find yourself walking towards her. She almost seems to be floating…”
