<p style="text-align: center;">If you&#8217;re anything like me, and I bet you are, right around this time of year you start to panic. <em>Alot</em>.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">I can&#8217;t help but look ahead to the next 6 weeks and see nothing but a flurry of expectations, added responsibilities and a whole lot of extra stress.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">What I&#8217;d really like to see is a mindful, balanced holiday season.</p>
<h3 style="text-align: center;"><strong>What about you?</strong></h3>
<p style="text-align: center;">I&#8217;ve put together a little something that I believe will allow you and your family to enjoy the holidays like never before.</p>
<h3 style="text-align: center;"></h3>
<h3 style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #800000;">It&#8217;s called &#8217;21 Days of Holiday Balance, Rhythm and Joy&#8217; and it officially</span></h3>
<h3 style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #800000;">begins on Monday, November 26th and takes you right through until Monday, December 17th!</span></h3>
<p style="text-align: center;">It&#8217;s stuffed full of tips, techniques, recipes and ideas on how to stay grounded and in touch with yourself and your family through the holiday season. Everything that I&#8217;ve included applies to your whole family &#8211; even if you don&#8217;t have kids or a significant other &#8211; you can share them with your best friend, your sister, your nieces, nephews or your neighbor&#8217;s kids!</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">You <span style="text-decoration: underline;">do not</span> need to have any background or knowledge-base in Yoga, Ayurveda or Reiki. What I&#8217;ve given you to play with are simple, enjoyable, safe for everyone (if you have any doubts, please consult your family doctor) routines and recipes. These are all things that I am educated in and incorporate into my own family&#8217;s daily routines.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">You <span style="text-decoration: underline;">do not</span> need any fancy equipment for the recipes.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">You <span style="text-decoration: underline;">do</span> need to have access to Facebook for the full experience, but, it is not mandatory to belong to or take an active role in the group. You are more than welcome to just peek in, if that&#8217;s all you&#8217;d like to do! Your workbook is complete and you will receive it on Nov. 20th.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">You<span style="text-decoration: underline;"> do</span> need a printer if you&#8217;d like to print out the workbook. I highly recommend printing it out as there will be lots of room to journal, jot down your own thoughts, grocery lists, plans, etc.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">I&#8217;m presuming that you have access to a computer &#8211; to watch the demonstration videos &#8211; or else you wouldn&#8217;t know about this session in the first place. Ha!</p>

<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>This will give you a community of wonderful women to lean on and check in with throughout the season. I will also be available to connect with and/or answer any questions that you may have. </strong></p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>And, if you&#8217;ve taken any of my e-courses before, you&#8217;ll know that I am very attentive to the group and I love to throw in extra resources and things I think you&#8217;d benefit from!</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: center;">A fully printable, and a minimum of 35 pages, <span style="color: #993300;">workbook/journal (.pdf)</span> that includes everything that I mention below:</p>

<li>1 Breath exercise for the little ones &#8211; explained so that you can easily teach your kids.</li>

<li>2 full <span style="color: #993300;">Yoga Flows</span> for Mom and Dad &#8211; both printable and demonstrated in a video format.</li>
<li>1 series of Yoga poses for the little ones &#8211; inspired by holiday themes, like Christmas Tree Pose and Reindeer Pose &#8211; in full color pictures &#8211; demonstrated by my own kids, Ethan (4 1/2) and Emily (2 1/2).</li>

<li>a variety of family-friendly, yummy (and healthy!) <span style="color: #993300;">recipes</span> with their roots in Ayurveda. I&#8217;m talking Spiced Oatmeal, Stress Relief tea, Very Orange Veggie Juice, Roasted Beets and many more!</li>
